Success!

Hey All, just wanted to write a quick note to say that Vance was successful in obtaining the two year work permit. In fact, it was super smooth sailing, and the immigration officials he and I both spoke with were super gracious and easy to talk with, and the whole process was completed in less than 45 minutes! It was all a significant relief, and I know Vance is super grateful for the positive and quick result at the border.

We met up with Jerry Holm, another UIM missionary, who will take him further North tomorrow. I’m still in BC for the night, and I’ll be heading home tomorrow. Grateful for a good and successful day.
