Vance Border Crossing

Hey All, I’m just sending a quick note to ask you to pray today. One of our friends and team members at Rock Nest, Vance Christophersen (camp name “Cheddar,” in case you’re familiar), has been staying with us since Friday. Today I am driving him to the border to cross into Canada. He is seeking a two year work permit to be able to stay in Canada, and really to be able to begin serving as a full-time missionary on the field at Rock Nest. So this is a need and hope both for him personally, and for Rock Nest to have an additional full-time team member on-site.

Would you please pray for a gracious and kind-hearted immigration officer who works with Vance and allows him to not only enter the country, but is able to grant him that two year work visa. And I’ll be driving to the border and back today and tomorrow, so pray for a safe and valuable trip as we drive. Thanks for praying!
